  1. Each school has it's own secure "micro site" created by us.
  2. Parent volunteers, students or yearbook staff take photos throughout the school year.
  3. Each school or organization assigns volunteer "site administrators" who upload submitted photos.
  4. Parents then are notified via e-mail that their child has been tagged.
  5. Parents then manage their photos on the secure micro site and or download them to their personal computer to share with family and friends.
  6. The school or organization determines the annual membership fee, which is then purchased by the parent by way of donation.
  7. Your school then receives 60% of overall membership fees.

Q. Are there any up-front fees to get started?

A. None, nada, zero, zilch...

Q. Are promotional materials provided?

A. Promotional announcements are downloadable and customized for your school / organization for printing or e-mailing directly to parents. SnapShotLocker will develop and execute your entire marketing plan. There's really nothing for you to do.

Q. How long does it take to get our "micro site" up and running?

A. You can be up, running and collecting donations within 4-6 weeks.

Q. When is the best time to get started?

A. Since it's not event based, anytime during the school year.

Q. How many pictures are we required to post of each student?

A. There are no "requirements", but we do suggest at least two of each student peppered with photos of school-sponsored events.

Q. How much is the parent membership fee?

A. Parent membership fees are set by your organization and what you feel the parents can afford. We suggest $50 for an annual subscription.

Q. Who collects the membership fee and when do we get paid?

A. SnapShotLocker will collect payments / donations through our automated system. Your school / organization will receive a report and a check for each month we receive payments.
